Mrs Nkechi Emil-Inyang, known as Ms.Nkechi to all the children and parents founded Kids N’Us in October 2010. She obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology from the University of Port Harcourt.
She practiced her passion for the earth sciences when she worked in a few oil companies in Port Harcourt, until a fateful night when she watched her young son struggle with his homework while being supervised by his dad. She held back tears and that was when she decided to find out what it takes to make a child read.
Volunteering in her child’s school on part time bases, aroused the need for a proper training in this field.
She obtained a post graduate certificate in Education and subsequently undergoing a master’s degree in Education in the University of Calabar.
